Licensure Specialist/Benefits Representative & HR Admin Assistant
Reports to: Director of Human Resources
Skills Requirement:

- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Strong technical Skills to use various HR software applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and must ensure that CONFIDENTIALITY is maintained
Qualifications:
- Earned Associate Degree preferred or minimum earned thirty (30) semester hours in business/office management or related fields from a post-secondary institution required;
- Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in human resources or related fields, perferred;
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite required;
- Willingness to be trained and learn various HR Systems (NC Online Licensure System, HRMS, AS400, etc.); and
- Demonstrated ability to produce work at a high level of accuracy with minimum supervision
Job Goal: Provide support and services for the procurement and employment of staff in an effective and efficient manner as prescribed by local, state & federal regulations and policies.
